    How much do you exercise?

I noticed that I have started doing it less and less since 2020 to the point where I don't even have a schedule anymore. I am trying to fix this though. I just have to find something I can still with. I need to lose weight but I also need to move more in general because I am starting to notice issues with my back and knees. My doctor told me this was from sitting too much and I am very likely D3 deficient. Yikes! I will have to spend more time outdoors and move more!

How much would you say you exercise?

I was fairly good with it for awhile. Had a treadmill I used every morning. It broke, the belt is having issues and it would cost too much to repair. I could get a new one for slightly more so I am trying to just put money aside to replace it. That was months ago though. I have not been very active since the end of last summer. I am going to start going on walks at the weekend with a neighbor of mine.

I honestly don't. I have tried to stick with a schedule for the same of health but the only time I am active is when the weather is nicer and I am spending time outdoors. Otherwise I just sit a lot. lol

When I still lived with my parents I would walk the dogs every day but since moving out and adopting a cat, I have become a sloth. LOL!

For real though, I try to make a point to be more active even if I am not "exercising". So I take up hobbies that encourage me to move more like hardening, woodworking, and most recently drones.

I try to be active but I don't go out of my way to exercise. I do things that do get me moving though often enough. I help my brother with his moving company on the weekends so that gives me a nice workout.

This worked for a friend of mine that hated exercise. He hated going to the gym and doing weights, cardio, etc so he just started moving more. He found ways to be more active like walking more, taking his time shopping, doing house work, it all added up. He lost some weight and feels better than he had in years.

It is way easier to stay in shape if you are being productive. A lot of people don't hate the gym because they are lazy, they just can't stand feeling like they are not getting anything done. You can get a solid workout just doing yard work or house work and see immediate results of your hard work.

I am not very active. I am not exactly "fit" which is something I should work on. I just find it hard to stick to stuff that requires me to spend time not actually achieving anything. Like I know I am achieving fitness but the payoff is far away so I lose interest. Just like mentioned above.

I used to be way more active. I have slowed down a lot in the last 10 years, more so than I should have cause I am feeling it now. I need to reverse this cause I don't want to be in my 40s struggling to get around. I want to be able to have good fitness into my 60s at the very least.
