Multiple countries withdraw from Eurovision as Israel cleared to take part
Israel will be allowed to compete in next year's Eurovision Song Contest, organisers have said - with several broadcasters saying they will now boycott the event.
Iceland has announced it is boycotting next year's Eurovision over Israel's participation in the competition, saying taking part would "neither be a source of joy nor peace".
An emergency vote on Israel's participation in the Eurovision Song Contest has been called off following developments in the Middle East, the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) has said.
