Choosing the Right Motor for RC Plane

I've been pondering over the best motor for my new RC plane. It's a mid-wing model, and I want something powerful but not too heavy. Any recommendations?

I'd suggest looking into brushless motors for a good power-to-weight ratio. Brands like Emax and Turnigy have some excellent options. Check the specs and find one that matches your plane's weight and wingspan.
